The maximum size of the parts is limited by the press capacity and mold size, which determines the classification of part families. It is necessary to balance and optimize the process flow of such part families to plan and design an efficient, integrated flexible production line.
A cloud-based ordering system can automatically schedule production without human intervention, enabling the rapid acquisition of precision parts. Each part carries a unique QR code ID, with corresponding data on raw materials, production, and inspection stored in the cloud. This ID allows for traceability inquiries.
