Stamping

Precise-shaped workpiece blanks are produced through servo stamping, or precise models are created using CNC machining, followed by servo stamping to cut off the edges to obtain semi-finished parts. The maximum size of the parts is limited by the capacity of the servo press and the size of the mold, which determines the classification of the parts. In this process, it is essential to balance and optimize the workflow, plan, and design an efficient, continuous flexible production line to achieve high production efficiency.

The cloud-based ordering system can automatically schedule production without human intervention, and collaborates with six-axis robotic arms and CNC machines through the Internet of Things (IoT) to process even small batches and diverse orders efficiently, meeting the production needs of different products. Each part is equipped with a unique QR code ID, and relevant data, including materials, production, and inspection information, are stored in the cloud. Users can trace and query the data through the QR code ID.

Characteristics

•Dynamic optimization: Automatically adjust equipment and production parameters according to real-time data to improve the yield rate of qualified products

•Predictive maintenance: Analyze equipment vibration and temperature data, issue fault warnings, and reduce unplanned downtime

•Green intelligent manufacturing: Monitor the energy consumption of equipment in real time, optimize the start-stop strategy of motors, and achieve a comprehensive energy saving of 30% to 60%

•Multi-process integration: An intelligent cross-process collaborative system that realizes the linkage of process parameters based on the MQTT protocol, covering all process procedures.
