In a cleanroom, raw materials undergo centralized drying treatment and are efficiently conveyed to the feed hopper of an all-electric injection molding machine via a sealed pipeline feeding system.

The digital warehouse intelligently manages key components such as injection molds, robotic arm fixtures, and product inspection tools, while AGV forklifts automatically transport materials and molds, significantly enhancing product changeover efficiency; intelligent equipment assists with mold replacement and accurately installs the molds into the all-electric injection molding machine, enabling rapid changeovers. Formulation data and imaging inspection data are both linked to the mold ID, and AI algorithms quickly adjust process parameters to ensure that mold setup is completed swiftly and production is stabilized.

A multi-parameter defect detection system, combining image inspection with multi-dimensional quality monitoring, avoids relying solely on visual recognition, thereby ensuring that every product is of uniform and stable quality.
