Optical resins

In the optical-grade cleanroom, raw materials undergo centralized drying treatment and are efficiently transported through a sealed pipeline feeding system to the fully electric injection molding machines.

These materials are widely used in miniature optical lenses, such as endoscope lenses, mobile phone lenses, and automotive lenses. A non-crushing runner recovery technology is employed to maintain material integrity. Recycled materials are utilized for security lenses, surveillance lenses, light guides, and other applications, achieving zero-waste production and preventing environmental pollution caused by incineration or landfill disposal.

During the production process, a robotic arm removes the molded products from the mold and places them into a trimming machine. After automatic trimming, the products are neatly arranged onto coating trays. Once a tray is filled, the system automatically installs the top tray and secures it with screws. Subsequently, an AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) transports the coating trays to the vacuum coating machine, where a robotic arm precisely places the products before closing the coating machine. The equipment then automatically performs vacuuming and coating procedures.

After coating, the robotic arm automatically retrieves the products and transfers them to the composite image inspection process. Once the inspection is passed, the products proceed sequentially through the automated production flow, including assembly, adhesive application, UV curing, image inspection, and MTF testing, ensuring product quality and optimizing production efficiency.

•Online detection: Multiple CCDs are used for defect recognition. Devices such as MTF testers and interferometers are employed to detect parameters such as focal length, distortion, and resolution in real time

•Green and Environmentally Friendly: Utilizes non-grinding flow channel technology to preserve the optical properties of materials, eliminating environmental pollution caused by incineration or landfill.
