Metal wire rod

A servo cold heading machine is used to achieve continuous forming of blanks through the synchronized motion of multiple die stations, producing parts with predetermined shapes. Subsequently, unit machine tools complete processes such as external cylindrical grinding, step grinding, and CNC machining to manufacture shaft components. Further post-processing, including heat treatment, surface hardening, and anti-oxidation treatment, can also be applied.

Given the current decentralized production process, which hinders improvements in product quality and production efficiency, it is imperative to integrate various processes within a standardized environment. By optimizing and balancing the entire production workflow, a rational classification of part families can be achieved, enabling the planning and design of an efficient, one-piece flow flexible production line. This will further enhance product quality while ensuring the manufacturing process aligns with green, energy-saving, and environmentally friendly requirements.

The cloud-based ordering system enables rapid production scheduling and leverages IoT technology to facilitate collaboration between industrial robots and production unit equipment. Even when handling small-batch, multi-variety orders, high efficiency can be maintained. Each product is assigned a unique QR code ID, with its raw material, production, and inspection data stored in the cloud. Users can track the entire production process by scanning the QR code ID for full traceability.
